Personally, I have two great children, Sara is 27 and Garrett is 22.

I have multiple hobbies to keep me busy when I am not working, for example, I love sport fishing, baseball and football.  The Yankees and Giants naturally, (Hey I am from New Jersey originally). 

I also love going to the movies, traveling, (that is sort of work and play, during the first 6 months of 2016 I spent 6 full days in my home, thanks IBM), volunteering in mentoring programs, and working on personal enrichment. 

One more thing.  I have a very active mind, and I have found a very novel way to quiet it down internally and readjust my focus. 

I am a Star Wars buff and have taken to building Lego Models all around Star Wars.  You would be surprised at how this type of exercise quiets the mind while enhancing concentration!
